Office Manager and Accountant
Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial contractor whose services include crane rental, specialty fabrication, and construction. We are currently looking for an Accountant and Office Manager for our Greenville, NC office.
This candidate will:
- Manage and supervise all accounting functions.
- Oversee and assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
Essential Requirements & Skills:
- Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and/or Management
- Accounting Background and Experience
- Bookkeeping Skills
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Payroll Experience
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety
- Additional Skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Bluebeam PDF
