Office Manager and Accountant

Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial contractor whose services include crane rental, specialty fabrication, and construction. We are currently looking for an Accountant and Office Manager for our Greenville, NC office.

This candidate will:

  • Manage and supervise all accounting functions.
  • Oversee and assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

Essential Requirements & Skills:

  • Requirements
    • Degree in Accounting and/or Management
    • Accounting Background and Experience
    • Bookkeeping Skills
    • Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
    • Payroll Experience
    • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety
  • Additional Skills
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
    • Bluebeam PDF
