Dispatcher

Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial general contractor providing construction, fabrication, and crane services. We operate one of the largest fleets of road ready hydraulic cranes in North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher in Spring Hope, NC.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

Responsibilities and Job Functions

• Assist customers in sizing cranes for their needs, providing quotes, and scheduling jobs.
• Dispatching cranes and trucks from multiple locations.
• Order permits and assist with lift plans.
• Support in day-to-day operations to cover the customers' needs.
• Work closely with the sales team and branch managers.

Essential Requirements & Skills:

• Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety
