Assistant Office Manager and Accountant
Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial contractor whose services include crane rental, specialty fabrication, and construction. We are currently looking for an Assistant Accountant and Office Manager for our Greenville, NC office.
This candidate will:
- Assist with all accounting functions.
- Complete billing and payroll.
- Collect Payments and Pay Invoices.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
Essential Requirements & Skills:
- Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and/or Management
- Accounting Background and Experience
- Bookkeeping Skills
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Payroll Experience
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety
- Additional Skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Bluebeam PDF
