Accounting Administrator

Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial contractor whose services include crane rental, specialty fabrication, and construction. We are currently looking for an Accounting Administrator for our Greenville, NC office.

The candidate will complete a training program at our Spring Hope, NC office before being stationed at our Greenville, NC office.

This candidate will:

• Perform Accounting Functions:
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Sales and Use Tax
  • General Ledger Entries
  • GL Account Reconciliation
• Assist with Billing Functions
• Assist in Preparing Financial Reports.
• Assist with Payroll.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

Essential Requirements & Skills:

• Requirements
  • Minimum 2-year Accounting Degree
  • Accounting background and experience
  • Bookkeeping skills
  • Experience with accounts receivable
  • Payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety
• Additional Skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Eclipse - Construction Management Software
  • Familiarity with NC DOR and IRS websites
  • Familiarity with Commercial Advantage Online Banking
  • Bluebeam PDF
